Odisha, Mizoram and Sikkim have been included in One
Nation , One Ration Card” scheme on 30 June:

Affairs Minister Ram Vilas Paswan
announced the three more states have been included in One Nation, one Ration
Card” scheme on “Integrated Management of public Distribution System’(IM-PDS).
Under
the “One Nation-One Ration Card” initiative, eligible beneficiaries would be
able to avail their entitled food grains under the NFSA(National Food Security
Act) from any Fair price shop in the country using the same ration card.
About One Nation and one Ration card: this
scheme is enable migrant workers and their family members to access public
distribution system benefits from any fair price shop in the country. It is an
electronic ration card portability scheme to make a single ration card eligible
at any fair price shop.
